Our service desk is not only available 24×7, but also multilingual (multi language) deployable. Boys with Brains is currently active in more than 17 European countries and our service desk employees therefore speak the local language of the country in addition to Dutch and English. The ‘Boys and Girls’ are active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Rep. Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Greece.

For example, our service desk will notify you when incidents occur, how they can be resolved and when they have been resolved. With a clear registration of incidents you receive a clear overview of the activities in order to see the added value of the service desk at a glance.

Because of the intelligent Smart Services Software a closed circle is created between the reporting of incidents and the handling of both the service desk employee and the technical courier on location. Access to an installation incident as well as a repair or swap on location at all times.
